The agreement between you and Digital Chrysalis when you buy a product.
What you are buying
Every product on this site is a downloadable digital file or set of files. Nothing sold here is a service, a consultation, a meeting or ongoing support.
Product descriptions, screenshots and file lists are accurate at the time of publication. Where a product is marked Coming Soon, no purchase is possible and no delivery date is guaranteed.
Delivery
Purchases are confirmed immediately after checkout. Files are delivered by email to the address used at checkout.
If your files have not arrived, contact support and we will resend them.
Acceptable use
You may use the products for your own work and for client deliverables, subject to the licence terms.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the products themselves, in whole or in part, as a template or product.
Liability
The products are provided as-is. We are not liable for business decisions made using them, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
