Refund Policy
We would rather you used something that fits than kept something that does not.
The short version
If a product is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to justify the request.
How to request one
Email support from the address you used at checkout, quoting your order reference. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, usually within five working days.
The limits
Because these are digital files that cannot be returned, we reserve the right to decline repeated refund requests from the same customer, or requests where the product has clearly been redistributed.
Statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
