When you buy a product we receive your email address and order details from our payment processor. We do not receive or store your card details at any point.

If you subscribe to the newsletter we store the email address you give us, and nothing else.

Why we collect it

To deliver what you bought, to send product updates for products you own, and to answer you when you contact support.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe under their own privacy terms and never reach our systems.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it.

Newsletter emails carry an unsubscribe link in every message.
